 We do our best to help our customers get the most from our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, contact services@tbtservices.co.uk and tell us why. Your feedback helps us make our great products even better. A replacement will be offered.

 

If we cannot help you further and you are still not satisfied, then we invite you to request a refund of the purchase price. For a full refund, please write to us within 30 days of purchase at accounts@tbtservices.co.uk  stating how the product you purchased is either:

 

  ·         Defective or damaged

 ·         Not fit for the purpose due to poor quality fabric or manufacturing.

 ·         Not as described on our web site or in our catalogue and other marketing publications.

 

Please note that refund requests that do not meet at least one of the above criteria will be considered at our discretion.

We care about the environment we will recycle our boxes, over garment bags, hangers and when our garments have come to the end of their lifeline we will recycle our garments. No garments are thrown away to landfill.
